We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans. After payment confirmation, your eSIM (QR code + activation details) is delivered by email and in your account. Data services are provided over partner mobile networks in the destinations listed on each plan.

You must ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase (see our compatibility checker). Plan validity, data volume, and coverage are as described on the plan at time of purchase. Each QR code can be installed once.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is by PayPal or bank transfer with your order number as reference; unpaid orders expire automatically after 48 hours without charge.

eSIM plans are non-refundable once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy. Unpaid orders expire after 48 hours with no charge. Verified service faults may receive a replacement eSIM.

Plans are for personal use. Abuse, resale, or unlawful use may result in suspension without refund.

Mobile coverage and speeds depend on local networks and are outside our control; we are not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailability of service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. Your statutory rights under Portuguese and EU consumer law remain unaffected.

We may update these terms; the version at time of purchase applies to your order. Portuguese law governs; courts of the company's registered district in Portugal have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
