Ran out of data? How to top up your eSIM

Running low on data mid-trip is annoying — but you don't need a new eSIM profile for most plans.

Top-up in 3 steps

  1. Open your order page or Account → My eSIMs
  2. Tap Top up and choose a package
  3. Complete payment — data is added to the same ICCID

What stays the same

  • Same QR / same install
  • Same phone number situation (data-only travel plans)
  • No airport visit

When top-up isn't available

Plans marked without top-up, or eSIMs that are expired/cancelled, need a new plan instead. If you're unsure, check the order page or contact support with your order number.

Pro tip: top up before you hit 0% so maps and payment apps keep working while the top-up applies.
